Kalotic Chat stores account, conversation, preference, diagnostic, and feature data needed to provide the service. Credentials are kept in server-side secret boundaries and are not displayed back to clients. Diagnostics must be redacted and must not contain prompts, conversation content, credentials, account numbers, or raw broker payloads.
Trading audit records are retained for seven years in minimal, redacted form after a broker disconnect; delegated broker credentials are deleted immediately on disconnect. Final processor, deletion, retention, and operator disclosures remain subject to privacy and legal review.
